Choices (activity/subject selections)

Schoolworx - Choices allows students to select preferences for subjects or activities that can be used for creating class lists for timetables, sporting, excursions, and other school-related events.

Rules are set up to specify the subjects or activities that are available, the numbers of options that can be chosen, and maximum limits on each activity or subject. Open and close dates are set to allow student to select (and even change) their preferences. Students can access and make their selections through the student portal.

When completed, the data can be used internally within Schoolworx or exported to other applications.
